To change or cancel your subscription:
- Go to Login page
- Login to your account
- Click on Manage Subscriptions
On this Manage Subscriptions page, you will be able to:
- Choose how often it's delivered: from once every 2 weeks to once every 3 months.
- Skip at any time. While there are no fees for canceling, a minimum of three orders is required before a subscription can be canceled.
- Request to swap flavours before the Next Order date
- Alter frequency & quantity (not subject to price change)
- Shipping fees will apply is order total drops below $99
- Discounts do not pair. (i.e subscriptions,wholesale)
To view and manage your subscriptions go to your account and select "Manage Subscriptions".
Customers have full access to manage their subscriptions at any time between order frequencies. Each subscription clearly displays the upcoming shipment date to help prevent unwanted orders. Any changes to a subscription must be made before the next scheduled order date. An email reminder is also sent four days prior to the upcoming charge so customers have ample time to make adjustments on their own or reach out to us for assistance.
