How do I return a product/my order?

If you would like to return a product you ordered or your entire order, please ensure that you qualify for a return by reviewing our Return Policy. 

If your order qualifies for a return, please visit our Return Centre to begin your return. Please follow the below steps to complete a return request:

1. Go to Return Centre
2. Select the product(s) you would like to return 
3. Select if you would like a "Refund" or "Store Credit"
4. Select the reason for your return 
5. Print "Return Form and Shipping Label" (if applicable)

Please note that all review request are subject to review by our customer support team and not all requests will be approved.
